As geometry heads, we immersed ourselves in research, shared our explorations, and arrived here - the block tile of medieval mosaic, layered in papers, framing the wedding like a piece of history. Isn’t it fascinating how the precision and intricacy of Medieval Islamic craftsmanship reflect so much more than a skill! They reveal a depth of intention, almost sacred in nature. A memory note from 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐮𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭 🎞️ 𝟔 𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝑪𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑱𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒚 01.01.2018 Two aspirant freshmen decided to take a step further to come out in public with their long-desired creative journey, “telling your precious stories through the layers of paper, meanwhile spreading informative and transformative education through art” . Although knowing that they may not be ready for the challenges yet, having complete trust in their ideas and creative process, they’ve set the goal of ‘learning through the journey’! 🤎 After numerous transitions, shifting gears, dealing with anxieties, and parting ways into two different countries by fate; things didn’t always go right, academics were hard on them. But they decided to keep focusing on developing their skills while innovating and creating meaningful good that inspires both themselves and others, instead of chasing the numbers in the first place.
