So when we submit ourselves to the will of Allah and leave our affairs to Him acknowledging that what we're going through are just temporary tests with much greater reward, it's like lifting a heavy load off our shoulders. Because in the Qur'an it says, "And whoever puts their trust in Allah, then He alone is sufficient for them." (Qur'an 65:3)
